I am officially leaving what will probably be my last job in a medical office. I needed to get out because we are already seeing patients with side effects from you-know-what, but they're clueless as to what caused all their problems. I try to tell the doc, but get told it's medication side effects (partially true).

You sound like an Excellent Candidate for Med Bed training. It will be military for now (or when they begin), but they'll want people with a larger mindset than the current system.
