Folks consented to the covid lockdowns; watch how many of them consent to a 15 minute city. Just use the golden word "mandate." Then sit back and watch. NYC, for some time, has already quietly, slowly and unknowingly been brainwashed to "want" such a concept. Believe me. Say the word, "commute" to any New Yorker and wait for their reaction.
