If you collect 100 black and 100 red ants and put them in a box, nothing will happen.
BUT..
If you shake the box, the ants start killing each other. Red thinks black is the enemy and black thinks red is the enemy. But the real enemy is the one who shook the box.
The same is true elsewhere, men and women, democrats and republicans, rich and poor, believers and materialists, young and old, etc...
Before we start fighting each other, it's okay to ask ourselves:
Who shook the box?
