It's what they have done to the bread. Bleached it, removed all the nutrients and fiber, even the so called "whole wheat" is bad.
If you grind your own wheat it doesn't do that, It still has all the nutrients and fiber, it's like a miracle food.
You can get an electric wheat grinder online, and even a bread machine if you like, it's so easy, delicious and good for you.
