Other side of "The great icewall" or antartica you can see an obvious NOT human civilization but an extra terrestrial settlement as well as giant egg shaped structures....
Hopefully they will end this useless treaty and we can not only drill for oil there but look for minerals .... a huge reason why the lie has been perpetuated for this long .... if they control our ability to find resources they control the price .... if they contain us to only living within the wall they control everything

Several years ago, it was reported that China was guying up all our natural resources. I don't think I have any references, but I remember thinking
