I just posted about this kinda. I capsules up in size 00 veggie capsules and started taking them on the full moon. 2 caps for two days, 3 caps 2 days all the way up to five for three days. OMG that is kicking my but so bad, all my glands from my hips all the way down my legs hurt so bad crying doesn’t even relive it. So I stopped this morning cuz it’s very painful. I will probably start up again at the end of the month with the second full moon
