Absolutely, positively true. The best things people can do is:
1. Stop drinking ALL soda products and bottled water. They make your body acidic. Acidic bodies are more prone to illness.
2. Proper hydration with filtered alkaline water. Most people are chronically dehydrated.
3. Get daily sunshine and a brisk 30 min walk outside.
4. Deep breathe
5. Avoid ALL fast food.
6. Start eating a healthy, high fiber, organic non GMO diet. Fiber is filling and healthy. Lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains.
7. Reduce sugar
Once you start to make these changes you will feel better, have more energy and will be inspired to keep it up. Don't worry, you can still have that piece of birthday cake, something sweet each day for a treat. Add a bit of strength training and you burn more calories as your body builds more muscle. 💪
