I am always careful of this - when they say your name never reply YES - I always say SPEAKING - sometimes they will say you have to say YES OR NO and I will be obnoxious and say the last one you said.... if they dont say who they are you hang up.. and YES they are trying to get you to say the word YES.. very hard to fix if you fall for it.
