Ok so anyone else been fighting some weird energy last 2 or 3 days?
I have been fighting nauseousness and headaches as has one of my frens here.

I have those radio frequencies for it on both sides once a yr.

Your garden around your home in Florida was very impressive work!
I always loved that kind of work too!
Wish I could still do it too!
Hopefully with meds bed we can all do more of what we love!

So sorry to hear this - Sciatica is often caused from sleeping REALLY DEEPLY between 4 and 6 am... so deep you don't toss and turn, which leads to sleeping in one spot too long which = sciatica. This can actually be caused overall by NOT sleeping well in general until you are so exhausted that you finally crash hard and sleep like a rock... can ultimately be traced back to poor diet, poor rest, weight gains, too much stress... or some combination thereof
