Natures remedy for heart issues. I was born with a skipped heart beat & bad valve. I feel heart doing weird stuff now that I'm "older" (& lyme parasite crappola affected heart too) I don't even like saying that out loud to give it any credence 👀 Hiking in high elevation made me face my physicality limitations & start researching how to help heart function better along with better food choices & also better thought/thinking choices!!!
Anywhoooo...I felt led to share what's helping me. If you put CAYENNE PEPPER in search bar, you will see it can stop a heart attack in a minute! Put HAWTHORN BERRY in search bar, it will explain it's healing for all kinds of heart issues.

Yea the trick is to get clean honey ...I have a little left in a jar from a family bee farm.
Store bought always soylent green under fluorescent light - all of it, even organic. It may be the deforming agent or ? they use in batches that FDA says is "safe" or other chemicals used in processing deemed as "safe" (yea right FDA)
Honey should be fluorescent under UV light NOT SOLENT PUKE GREEN.
I will not eat green eggs & ham, I will not eat them Sam I am !!!👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻

I only buy honey directly from the beekeeper. All life. My great-grandfather was a beekeeper, so I know the right taste right away. And I know it's more sugar than honey in stores.
