Received a few phone calls from NJ - pictures sent of the sun - something is going on - very smokey skies (they are saying its fires) but I am not buying it. Itching - burning eyes and people are having trouble breathing - they are saying to stay indoors or wear a mask?...
Reports of this across several states.
My thoughts... another lockdown will begin - they will use this as the excuse.... please please please let this begin the 10 days of darkness...

Yes, there is a slight burning chemical smell, Philly area and the sun looks like mars. People complaining about sore throats. I hate to be paranoid but a fire in Canada seems sort of plausible but not really.

No way can this be from Canada ... the is the perfect cover up for a lock down and to halt flights.... and to keep people inside... I do worry about the chemical smell... what could that be?- I have a feeling this is the start of the 10 days of darkness... keep us posted if you hear anything else.

The smoke is literally at ground level right now around Philadelphia. It's like the good ol days of killer air pollution and it smells just as bad.
This is a Canadian clip but its hard to believe its almost as bad all the way down here. Oh and they through in a plug for n95 masks at the end.
