We don't always need to know the details, but it is important to forgive (not making it OK it happened but releasing the burden of it from your spirit) so we can become all we are meant to be.

I'll share my experience with that. I had been having horrible basement dreams. I'd learned that basements represent our subconciouses, so I was clued in that my mind might be trying to hide something terrible. At that time, I'd walked with Jesus for several decades, and I wanted my spirit to be cleansed. So I told the Lord I forgave the person/s who harmed me and could he please reveal it. The next night I had a dream that revealed I'd been molested as a baby. Because I'd forgiven and prepared my heart, it was a relief to know. No basement dreams since.

Thank you for sharing. It can also represent generational trauma/curses. God has shown me mamy maky things these past several months. it is when we open our hearts to receive God's healing and delivery he will do as we ask. There is so much to learn. I do not think everything will be reveslee to us, just what we need.
