Accepting a mask should be about making consent a conscious decision for EVERYONE involved. Right now the majority of people are self-policing. Persons consenting to repress others must be made conscious by being made to ask EVERY TIME for another person to put on a mask. People entering a business should make the business ask, & there should be an INFORMED discussion each and every time. This interaction of informed consent should take place EACH & EVERY TIME, as seriously as if one was signing a contract, because that is what is happening. It is a binding contract of consent.
