All stolen, of course. That's all politicians know how to do. A perfect example is the Fas Trak freeway lanes in CA. They set aside two badly needed lanes of freeways for drivers to use ONLY if they pay a monthly fee. The roads were built at taxpayer expense, but we're not allowed to use them unless we pay a fee. It burns me up every time I see the fools who paid the extortion fee whizzing by me on the freeway while I sit stuck in traffic. If those lanes were open to everyone there wouldn't be such terrible congestion on freeways. In effect, the politicians are creating traffic congestion in order to make people pay to avoid it. They should all burn in hell some day.
