Ok, this is weird.
I've been testing this all morning now.
If I sit on the left side of my couch by the street & window
My tinnitus appears immediately
Then, if I go elsewhere, after 20 minutes or so,
it goes back down to barely perceptible
I tested it 3 times already, 100% reproductible

Just an fyi it's the towers, we have two and the same thing happens at peak times people are out and about, usually the weekend or evenins.

I've been trying to spot them but couldn't see any.
I also considered that it coule be 5G repeaters on lamp-posts but these things are rather big and noticeable..
It also coincides with unhabitual solar flare activity.
I'm considering every pottibility here but nothing conclusive yet.

Maybe I can use my tinnitus to triangulate the potential source, while taking walks in my neighbourhood :)
