There is no true information here. The first technological experiments must have taken place earlier. I am convinced of that. CERN was built according to stargates - but not everyone can use these gates. Again, it depends on the specific human DNA.
That's why CERN was created - they certainly thought they would replace DNA with a specific technology called a quantum particle accelerator. Idiots.
I worked with karmic astrology, and precession, which must be taken into account in karmic astrology, points to this deviation. I have no doubt that the origin of this precession was due to such technological experiments.
I was wondering how precession occurs because it's a significant deviation. And no deviation will arise by itself. It is always caused by some other factor.

This points to the position of the moon who is otherwise inclined that I've been seeing since 1988 - a disrupted timeline that began to break down - due to their stupid attempts.
