This is not possible. A hearth from a dead person is not fit for transplantation. All transplantations are from people still alive! They are keeping you alive till the transplant! Thats why we have to stop this!

If the little girl was brain dead (blunt force trauma), doctors could have still transplanted the heart. But the fact that recipients often gain the donators memories and characteristics is amazing.

and in some cases horrible. Like the story of the hand that was transplanted to someone, And the receiver telling the doctor that his new hand tried to kill him. Hand came from a murderer.

Interesting. I never heard of that one but there is so much we don't know. I wonder if what you mentioned can be somehow molecularly implanted into someone's cells and amplified. Would this mean we can make people do things they did not want to do ?
