I wonder if Boebert is aware that the first line to an form of immigration reform or law lie with Congress...sigh
Yes, a President can do some things (mainly indirect: i.e Trumps wall, or short term), but the President can mainly control immigration issues inside the border rather than outside it - I highly doubt any Constitutional 'scholar' will tell you that
Let's not even go into what the states can do if neither the Legislative or Executive branch do a darn thing ..Article IV justifies any actions
