Chief Justice John Roberts either has to sit this one out (apparently the delay from January 22th - original date of SCOTUS conference - is because one of the supreme judges is personally implicated in the case and would not be able to do his job in a neutral way), which would mean the others could do their job without Roberts' corrupt influence OR Roberts has to actually acknowledge election fraud.
