I grounded like @VincentKennedy suggested and today was insane with energy and it went from electronics to my electric and internet...it was like I was zapping everything. The people on the other hand have been off the chain with emotions everywhere this week. Stay grounded and align as much as possible and remember the protective bubbles to help in this crazy energy.
