I think it's important to do good detox too while you do an antiparasitic like ivermectin. If you also take charcoal or NAC and do epsom salt baths it will help get the dead parasites out once the stuff kills em. Dosing should titrate down. Take it 3 days, then take 5 days off. Gradually lengthen cycle. 3 days on then 7 days off. And so on until you are doing 3 days per month. Watch for IGE histamine reaction. Dead parasites are toxins, go slower if you are getting high fevers or loose bowels. Herxamer reaction can be serious! Sending prayers too!
