I switched to brushing my teeth with natural baking soda powder and rinsing with a squirt of hydrogen peroxide. Followed by a rinse of water. My teeth feel and look clean and my breath is fresher.

We stopped using Crest a couple of years ago and our gums and teeth are healthier. We switched to non fluoride toothpaste. 😇
