Is pretty massive. Think the NYC runaway shelters, specifically the Covenant House (others) were used to get kids. Barbara used to frequent the Covenant House in NYC and Guatemala (procure kids). There are 2600 of these Covenant Houses WW.
Thinking they intentionally destabilized neighborhoods, families (drugs, welfare) which leads to runaways. Then nonprofits grab em ("runaway shelters"), traffick em, ship em.
