Many are committing fraud selling American State National information, there is not such things as American State nationals.
Where in law does America State National Exist?
Hint, Does not exist anywhere.
People are already Sovereign, there is not need to correct statutes from Statutes that is already a fundamental right.

While there may be some selling information, it's not all a scam. Most Americans refer to themselves as US citizens (through their state education / indoctrination). If you self-determine to be a US citizen, under the purview of the 14th amendment, then you are property of the UNITED STATES corporation with rights and privileges granted by the government. If you self-determine to be a national, you are one of the People who created government; they allegedly work for you, but that is another whole story.
Check out Section 302 of Public Law 94-241. You have the right to self-determination, but most people don't even know the difference between a national and a U.S. citizen or even why you might want to be one or the other.

Via the 14th Amendment, "The term resident and citizen of the United States is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress." (emphasis added) U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873)
“The privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment protects very few rights because it neither incorporates the Bill of Rights, nor protects all rights of individual Citizens. Instead, this provision protects only those rights peculiar to being a citizen of the federal government; it does not protect those rights which relate to state citizenship." Supreme Court, Jones v. Temmer, 89 F. Supp 1226
"The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States." (emphasis added) Supreme Court: US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957
