What about the psyllium...? I use these 3 ingredients in almost all of my food, and are good for lung-related issues but not deworming. It must be the psyllium...

Hi Mandy,

I saw you said you were going to make some of this. How did it turn out?

Directions were a bit confusing...they mentioned something about lemon juice. I assume it’s how ever much lemon juice is need to cover all the other ingredients?

I used to make this very concoction without the turmeric.. for cholesterol. Love this... am going to make some. I did not see the instructions for the psyllium....
