Check the ingredients of all food that you buy.
If the label states that there are "bioengineered ingredients" don't buy it.
Bioengineered ingredients are GMOs, which are poison, meant to make you sick and be a customer of Big Pharma.
Go through your pantry and check the labels.

Looking back - cereal was one of the first foods to disappear from our pantry...
This is going back to the late 1990s. Did not do it because of ingredients, we just... stopped eating it... I used to LOVE Corn Pops.
It is as if our bodies just said, 'enough' and our brains went "Ok. Don't need that, don't go down the cereal isle."
