how are the people with damaged minds get anything if they don't have a mind to know what to do? me n hubby are currently managing my brothers account. will we have to go thru the humanitarian process or will we still be able to manage his account? currently he is in the hospital and they have him on so much medication it will be impossible for him to understand all this ..hoping his problem will be solved following all this..
