Last year there was a dollar store put in the small town 9 miles down the road. Now they are building one in my small town. It’s commonly referred to as Cow Town because on Saturdays there are more cows here because of the sale barn than there are people!
Just gets me thinking about 15 minute cities.

Fuel prices are about to go way high. Government pushing electric vehicles, I’m thinking bus services will start to pop up.
Getting nervous.
