He does not drink or do drugs with work associates. That seems to be key no matter if you are in the C-Suite or on the retail floor. I think that is the number one way people are trapped. Interestingly, I found a college friend who I did not stay in touch with but I read his obituary. He had an interesting life so I looked around a bit and it appears he is operating overseas and just fine. Weird how that works.
