This is True!! But it is hard for the average person who believes in God, to wrap our minds around this. The why's are these:
- We believe in the innocence of children
- We believe there is right vs wrong
- We believe the powerful should not misuse or harm the least powerful. (This is the innate sense of Justice!)

We NEED to understand often these pedo's possess NONE of these major beliefs, as many of their parents violated them in their earliest years! Or they allowed others in their spheres to do the same. Much of this began before a child's cognition developed! It causes natural confusion in these children, which is dispelled by indoctrination.
