Weird thing...we just got called by our bank rep to come sign " updated " documents in relation to a mortgage that was signed sealed and delivered 4 months ago.Like...what?After over a dozen mortgages between us..never have we ever had to re- sign legal documents.Gonna be reading these ones end to end.Maybe have a lawyer look at them.Not sure what's going on.No big deal she says, everything is the same we just need to update the documents.Its also the first mortgage we have ever been required to sign a legal statement saying we are not growing food or storing fuel.Also a wtf moment.What is going on?Seriously.
