We mustn't loose sight of the fact that, as scripture informs, 'we wrestle NOT against 'flesh and blood' but against 'powers' and 'principalities' in high places'. (Eph6:12)
The poor sad human soul's committing these atrocities and others like them likely already (Mkultra) programmed to do more should *not* be our *focus* on these matters. Though they need to be apprehended (hopefully before they act) and certainly charged and incarcerated for their crimes when guilty they still, nonetheless, are trapped and in desperate need of prayer and delivery from demonic possession just as the poor Gerasene demoniac recounted in Lk8:26-39 was by Jesus.
