It was a GIANT wedge tornado hidden in the dark and rain wrapped. It caught people unaware who may have not paid attention to the weather or had no shelter to go to.
I have an underground shelter but need an above ground one for my 92 yo father. Cost? $8900!
This stops people from having shelters. If you live in Tornado Alley the shelters WITH INSTALLATION should be no more than $500.
