The whole series "Gossip Girl" is about social media manipulation (besides the lives of "elites").
Even to the point of Elizabeth Hurley (while becoming editor of the spectator) saying, if you control the narrative you are more powerful than any ceo, government official or bankster gangster.
Earthy Power = WHO controls the MANIPULATION.
