I make our mouthwash using organic cinnamon sticks and clove.
Just put about 6 or so cinnamon sticks and approx 3T of clove in a jar of distilled water. You can heat it and let it cool, strain it and done. I usually just put it in the fridge for 48hrs then strain it.
Super easy! 😁

I should have said heat it, let it cool THEN strain it into jar. Lol sorry
