Just so you know, I live in a big harbor city and have talked to container workers and port MDs: FOOD is not fumigated on departure, but on arrival to ripen. Fumigation usually is highly toxic, even for workers getting in contact with the biocides (MDs info). Therefore about every 10.000th Container is not opened by the Zoll, but directly sent on to destination... what a perfect cover!
