Feeling very depressed past week or so.

Don’t let that feeling get you.. go outside, barefoot on the grass and meditate for 20-30 min twice a day. Trust me your body mind and soul will connect your frequency and raise your vibration to help you release that depression hold on you.. I was like that at Christmas and I did this 3 times a day. By the second day I could FEEL the release of that terrible depression and I’ve been doing this ever since… peace and love to you Jay. God bless you with his grace and calmness..WE WILL GET THRU THIS! ❤️🙏🏻🌟
