No, it was not Palestine, Ohio, it was the town of Rookwood, OH was the site of a devastating oil spill in 1991 and again in 2019, which had a severe impact on the environment and the local community. The town is still struggling to recover from the damage caused by the spill. The long-term effects are still being felt today. #WhiteNoiseInYourFace #wakeUp

The Ohio Chemical Train Derailment occurred in 1991. The derailment happened when a train operated by the CSX Transportation Company carrying a variety of hazardous chemicals derailed near the town of Rookwood, Ohio. The derailment caused a massive spill of chemicals and resulted in the evacuation of the nearby town. No casualties were reported, but the environment was severely impacted by the spill, and the town of Rookwood is still struggling to recover.

As you may imagine the web has been thoroughly scrubbed except for this screenshot of NY TIMES 11/21/1991, which aligns with such an event. #SmithMundtActObamaAdmin2013

Re-read, it did not happen. It happened in 1991 in a completely different town.
