May God wrap His loving arms around Patty and her family today and in the days to come.
'May the Lord bless you and keep you; may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; and give you peace.'
Amen.
'May the Lord bless you and keep you; may His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; and give you peace.'
Amen.

Praying for your family. Morphine will ease her pain and also help her breathing. She may not be responsive but remember that she can still hear you, so talk to her. Hold her hand and walk through your lives together, remember fun times and even hard times. Wash her face, comb her hair, tell her how much she means to you. She will know you are there. Peace be with you.

Excuse me but morphine administered correctly, especially in cancer patients is very calming and can aid in respiration. What you are referencing is over use.
