As someone who can speak from experience, start to work on letting go of needing affirmation.
Learn to value yourself and respect yourself. And treat yourself and others according to how you want to be treated.
Life is a journey my friend. I have found, personally, that we learn more during hard times than good times.
Many of us here are struggling in one way or another, but that’s why Anon Up is SOOOOO very important to us. We can all be free to be ourselves without judgement here. And many here could provide more love and support than I’ve experienced in the real world my entire life.
