Yes the DOD contracted with Pfizer to make a vaccine THAT would protect against a Covid virus and would also have to prove it had safety efficacy which the FDA was to approve & insure. NO it did not approve or contract for what as it turns out, Pfizer created ... a bioweapon. The DOD was mislead by what Pfizer claimed they produced. The FDA facilitated that by not validating it's safety efficacy.
