Gen Xer here who was not a latch key kid. My Dad (Army- Viet Nam) ruled with an iron fist. I’m raising my kids with the same values but am a little more lenient. I’m so proud of them- from the ages of 12-22- they all see that there’s so much wrong with our world today ☹️
