I used to take a shit load of vit C a day in suppliments.
Now I grow my own strawberries and freeze them and have about 40 to 60oz of them . I grab a flavored unsweetened seltzer with 0 calories, ice and berries, blend and freeze.
I have lost 50 lbs in 2022 doing this.
Keeps me full during the day.
tastes like a strawberry icee
Extremely LOW Carb (which I have a weekness for)
and is chocked full of Vit C.
I feel So much better!

Yes and this part makes me the craziest! But reading all labels and making better choices are good first steps

FDA approved a polyethylene plastic additive to use in our food.
They use it as a filler.
When you see modified potato starch or modified corn starch I'll give you one guess what they modify it with
Go through your pantry.
Your body stores it up and it can not process it out.
