'Fair Tax' is double taxation. We are already paying Sales Tax though our States. We need an overhaul of our spending system before adding more money to a corrupt system. Collecting money is not the problem. Irrational spending is the problem. Fix the problem first. Why would we want another Tax System? Remember the Tea Party?

thing is, if I remember when having studied the fair tax several years ago, things like food and necessities are not taxed at all, only large purchases such as vehicles, tv's, etc...and then they are taxed only one time.
Unless it has changed, I would fully support fair tax over the illegal joke we have now!
