The Brunson case has the greatest chance of success because it does NOT focus on whether or not there was election fraud. It focuses on whether or not the politicians that comprise the US government violated their oaths and constitutional duty by failing to stay the certification of the 2020 election for 10 days while the VERY valid concern presented by the People about the results of that election was investigated.

Any case that requires election fraud to be proven hasn’t got a snowball’s chance in hell with the SCOTUS.

The SCOTUS exists to rule on Constitutional issues. The Brunson case seeks to have a Constitutional issue decided.

All of this said, we may be setting ourselves up for disappointment by putting faith in the Judiciary which is proving that it too is almost completely corrupt.
