Apparently, in far Western Kentucky, an area that is nearly all farmland and hard working farmer families, the local town has decided that there is such a thing as 'excess Christmas lights'. Can you imagine telling your child you have excess Christmas lights? I hope everyone there turns on every Christmas light that they have while they endure the mandated TVA rolling 15 min blackouts that started in the last 24 hours.
