The past few years have made me feel invisible.
It's horrible.
I lost so many 'friends' and acquaintances. No one responds to my social media posts, no one checks in, no one cares and I can't imagine going on like this.
All those friendships that I poured time and effort into over many years, time I really didn't have that took away from my family and working to provide for them.

ironic really, social media gives the impression we are connected, yet when you need that connection, it's just not there.
