My nephew (bro's kid) has become sort of a rising star among US military ranks... even though he's just a PFC. He just completed 3 US Army training programs in around 10 months... including Ranger school.
Here's a military publication article that popped up on my friend's news feed this morning. He just sent it to me. Sure am proud of this guy!

A National Guard soldier went from AIT to Ranger School to Airborne School to Air Assault School, all in less than a year.
