And old story proves this true! My Mother-in-law got a microwave oven when they first came out in the 70’s, She was amazed by its technology of cooking and was watching something cook standing close! She ended up with 2nd & 3rd degree burns on her face! She looked like She had a very bad sunburn with blisters! Also instructions at that time were never use plastic of any kind in it! or foil as it now still is! You had to use regular dishes (glass). Now almost all your foods come in plastic dishes with Plastic film on them! I personally remove the food and use regular dishes! Even ones that go in regular ovens too! Wether or not that helps, I still stick to this!
