Bleah. I hate them when they're all brown and spotty. Green just barely turning yellow for me.

So strange... I saw another post basically saying the only way you should eat bananas is to freeze them when they are completely green and then throw them in a blender and make a smoothie. Once they turn yellow/brown they are mostly sugar and not so healthy. Which is true?
